"Nez Perce On Appaloosa" - This is a limited edition lithograph. Print number 340 from an edition of 1,500 with 150 artist's proofs, 25 Hors Commerce and five printer's proofs. Image size: 18 x 19-1/2 inches. Trim Size: 25 x 22 inches.

Nez Perce On Appaloosa is from "Golden West Collection Series III" was released March, 1985, and was printed on high quality pH neutral paper which meets archiival Standards. This is a copyrighted limited edition lithograph and was produced from the original oil, and has been personally inspected and signed by the artist. Printing plates have been destroyed and no future editions will be published.

Olaf Wieghorst has been recognized as the "Dean of Western Painters". His work is often compared with that of Remington and Russel and his paintings hang in great public and private collections of Western Art.

Mr. Wieghorst actually lived the scenes he renders with such insights. Cowboys, horse cavalryman, ranch hand and friend of the Indians. He roamed the West during its transaction from open rarnge to the modern world.
